Does anybody know what happens when a mobile is unable to be delivered ?

I Was told it was being sent back to EE by The courier so I cancelled the contract online and with the cancellation form but haven’t received any response from EE.

When I tried to call EE it asks if it’s about mobile or broadband when I press mobile it asks for mobile number which of course I don’t have, if you don’t enter a mobile number it says it cannot process your call.

I’m trying to call the helpline number on the app to find out if the mobile that was not delivered has been received back to EE and if the cancellation form has also been received as I have received nothing for over a week.

every time I call the helpline I press the mobile button then it asks for my mobile number which of course I don’t have and don’t know, if you don’t answer she informs you that she cannot process the call.

Arrrgh!!! Why is it so hard to get to speak to somebody????

I also have emailed EE to cancel I’ve got the details on the EE website it gives you a form and tells you where to email and that you will get a reply within 48 hours which I also have not. Where do you get the idea that there is no email?

@7lw : There is no email contact for cancelling an ongoing contract. You are using a form for cancelling an order in progress.

I hope you're well and having a nice weekend, are you up to much or is it a chilled one? 

 

When a phone is returned to us it will be processed and everything will be cancelled automatically.

 

When was it you received notification that the phone was returned to us?

Hi 1st August, I got a message it was being returned from DPD. We have received a bill now and it says on the bill that the phone charge is credited because it was sent back. I have received nothing after the confirmation of my cancellation email saying I would hear back within 48 hours I have since sent another about a week ago and nothing still.
