Upgrade only has 4G plans

Bit confused on this one. I am looking to upgrade with phone and plan but all the plans are 4G and i am currently on a SIM only 5G plan.

Also as an NHS employee i get unlimited data, is this still ongoing so i could apply it to the new plan?

Check our this NHS Perks help page for all of our information on what perks you'll receive on your new plan, if you register for EE Perk and use a code. 🙂
