Upgrade only has 4G plans

Bit confused on this one. I am looking to upgrade with phone and plan but all the plans are 4G and i am currently on a SIM only 5G plan.
Also as an NHS employee i get unlimited data, is this still ongoing so i could apply it to the new plan?
