Gentlemen, good afternoon
Last Thursday (March 25th, 2021) I registered on EE website and requested two (2) SIM cards on "Pay as you go".
I did not received one order number, but received two mail messages saying my SIM cards are ready to go.
Could you help me to solve such issue?
Regards,
Rodolfo

Hi @Rodolfo
Welcome to the community.
Have you received the SIM cards? They're sent out through Royal Mail and should arrive within 4 working days.

Hello Christopher,
I did not receive anything until the moment...
Since you mentioned it may take up to 4 working days to receive them, I believe they shall be delivered until tomorrow (Wednesday, March 31st, 2021).
Regards,
Rodolfo

Hello Leanne, hope you are doing well.
We received the SIM Cards after 06:00 PM yesterday. Now, the question is related with the text message that we shall receive to unlock both cards.
We put the SIM cards in the mobiles and it identified the correct numbers on them... but we are not able to receive the text with the code to unlock both SIM cards... Could you help me with that?

Hi @Rodolfo
Thanks for coming back to me.
You shouldn't need to unblock the SIM cards they will be active for you.
Have you topped up and purchased a pack?
Leanne.

Hello Leanne, thank you for your prompt reply.
I just try to follow the instructions I received with the SIM cards and on the website... Could you guide me what I need to do to finish the process?
Regards,
Rodolfo

Hi @Rodolfo
Do you have signal showing on the EE SIM card?
Have you registered for a My EE account?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hello Leanne,
I do not have signal showing on the EE SIM card that I put on my mobile.
I am currently logged in to my EE account and stuck on Register step 3, where I should link my mobile to My EE mobile.
I follow the instructions to include the SIM card number that I received but then it is requested to include a code that would be delivered to me by text message...
Best regards,
Rodolfo

Hi @Rodolfo
Can you try restarting the phone, do you see an EE signal?
Is the phone unlocked or was this purchased from EE?
Leanne.
