Hi,
I recently upgraded my phone with the free Nintendo switch offer as a Christmas gift. I requested the nintendo to be picked up from my local Morrisons because I knew I wouldn't be at work when it was delivered.
I then received a text from DPD saying it was ready to be picked up from Morrisons. A few hours later I went to collect it and they told me that there was no parcel in my name. On the DPD website it stated "return to consigner has been requested"!
I called DPD and they told me that it would be returned to EE as the item value was too high to be delivered to Morrisons. It baffles me because there was never any warning from DPD when I requested the delivery to Morrisons and now my switch might not arrive in time for Christmas!
Is there any way I could have it delivered to my home address like originally planned? I would even pay for this to be done quicker if possible!
Please help!
Thank you
