I have bought a contract and want to return it.
I called EE they told me to go to the shop to ask for a return request but when I got to the shop they said that they can't help me.
I called again and they sent me an online link... I filled it in and they emailed me back to say to go to the shop and ask for a return request.
What do I do? This is very frustrating!
