Return to consignor has been requested

Ordered my new phone on upgrade for delivery on Saturday, waited in for it on my hour time slot only to get an email from DPD 10 mins from the end of the slot saying "Your parcel could not be delivered as we don't have the full name/number of the premises" yet this is all on my order confirmation from EE.  And now after not being able to get hold of DPD via phone or live chat to sort out the delivery its saying a return to consignor has been requested. Can you help with rearranging this delivery, preferably to an EE shop this time to avoid any mix up with the courier service again?

@lomax230  that is not possible as the device has now been returned to EE and will follow the protocols of a undelivered return device.  Your account will change back to the original account settings and you’ll need to upgrade again once the return has been processed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
