Delivery returned to ee

Hi

My order was due to arrive today between 10-11. Somebody was home all morning. However DPD now says that the parcel was refused and a return to consignor has been requested, the parcel is being returned to EE. There are no options for redelivery or collection, DPD only direct me to speak to EE.

Trying to contact Customer services, no options for this and can't get through on other options.

I am sorry to hear this has happened. 

 

I would recommend giving us a call on 150. 

 

You can speak with our customer care team by either selecting the account or upgrade option.

Hi Katie 

Thanks, spoke to CS and although DPD did come to the house they didn't deliver, despite someone being in, didn't leave a card, haven't offered redelivery and have simply sent it back to EE. Can't interact with DPD at all.  Apparently nothing more can be done other than wait. Which seems ridiculous and is frustrating. 

How long does it take for a parcel to be returned to EE? Then sent back out with them again?

Once the return has been processed your My EE contract dates will be updated. 

 

You should also receive a text notification.
