Hi I spend almost 1 hour with EE customer support executive for my upgrade deal and he said your phone will be delivered tomorrow when I told him I am flying this Saturday and guess what my EE app was updated with my new upgrade deal but I got no confirmation of my ee device delivery order number and every time I call EE customer service they keep me waiting for 20 minutes and then disconnect my call, is it something wrong with EE as a business? Any advice

Have you tried downloading the DPD app to see if any delivery information is provided?
