Requested an upgrade for an iPhone 11 with same storage and data as my previous plan. Received a phone with less data and could not set up as when transferring over kept saying the phone was full. Have now called we 3 times for a returns bag and still not received (first call was 27th Jan). Am being charged for my new contract, despite not having a new phone and unbelievably also reached data limit as new phone despite being told it was unlimited was actually set up for 10GB. This is now resolved after another phone call. Want to return ASAP do I can order another one with greater storage and also one for my daughters upcoming birthday but feel that the customer service has been poor and it is putting me off?? Advice?
