Change to another network provider without my permission

I received a message from Royal mail few days ago, the message had a link directly to the Royal mail website. The website requested a PAC code and I provided the PAC code. Few days later, I noticed that I switched to Vodafone.

I had a 12 months contract with EE and I do not meant to switch to Vodafone. I would like to continue my contract with EE. I had call to Vodafone to request a new PAC code, but because of this situation they are not able to provide a new PAC code, so what could I do to come back to EE.

Hi @conniewan and welcome to the community

In order to have ported your number from EE to VF, you will have requested your PAC from EE and supplied that to VF. If you're still within your minimum term, then you would have been advised of early-termination-charges when you requested your PAC.

If you are now a Vodafone user, with your ported mobile number, there is nothing EE can do to change this.

Why has Royal Mail be involved?

It seems to me you have been scammed in some way.

What link did you have to click on?

I don't know why Royal Mail is involved, but the test message was send by Royal mail as it showed. The test message I received as attached. I reported the fraud both to EE and Vodafone. Do there any solutions that I could come back to EE.

That is a scam email with a link to a fake Royal Mail site. It has nowt to do with Royal Mail or EE or Voda.
