Apple music add on error

Clair99

Hi.

I texted 150, downloaded apple music app on my Samsung and then selected the box that said it is an ee subscription. I then added my details to the page (password, name DOB) then when I click continue I just get a small error at the top of the screen with a link to apple.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens.

Checked on my ee account and it says the subscription is active.

How can I get it up and running?

Please help!

Solved this with the help of another user @Jake1717

Don't create an apple id through the link on the phone create one elsewhere with your email address, then go back onto your phone, choose i have an id and log in with this one that has just been created.

Hi @Clair99,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What is the link in the error message?

Thanks

James

Thanks @Clair99

Have you contacted Apple support to see if they can help?

James

No, I don't even know where to start with that. I was hoping ee could help.

Hi @Clair99,

Are there any additional messages when you tap continue, or just the message to contact Apple support?

James

Hi,

Just that message at the top. Nothing else.

Thanks

Does it highlight a particular field as being incorrect @Clair99?

James

No, nothing. Hopefully you can see in the screen shot there are no obvious errors.

I'm having exactly the same issue, however Apple are blaming EE so far poor customer service from Apple.
