Hi.
I texted 150, downloaded apple music app on my Samsung and then selected the box that said it is an ee subscription. I then added my details to the page (password, name DOB) then when I click continue I just get a small error at the top of the screen with a link to apple.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens.
Checked on my ee account and it says the subscription is active.
How can I get it up and running?
Please help!

Yes I feel the same. I contacted apple and they just directed me to standard 'how to' guides. Not helpful at all. Hopefully ee will help us find a solution

If the guides provided are not helping regarding setting up your subscription I would recommend getting back in touch and letting Apple know.

Solved this with the help of another user @Jake1717
Don't create an apple id through the link on the phone create one elsewhere with your email address, then go back onto your phone, choose i have an id and log in with this one that has just been created.
