No order delivery date

Ordered an upgrade 9th Oct. no update to say where it is. When I ordered it was in stock however no phone arrived. To be told the phone is out of stock and updates will be given. No update has been given in nearly 3 weeks.

I’m really curious to know who voted you best provider because it clearly wasn’t any of your customers. All you have to do is look at the EE community. No one here is happy or would vote EE best provider of the year!

sorry but I already know all of that … the fact is - when I upgraded I was told it would be a ‘few days’ and it’s now at the point where if feels like im being told ‘it’s coming soon’ only for it to never appear - it’s more frustrating to be told 24 hours away than ‘just wait’

I'm sorry you were advised this when you ordered. 

 

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive.

 

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

I have had the same it said delivery from today but I got a up date saying delayed and it won’t be until the 5th to the 9th of November
