No order delivery date

I placed an order on Friday 12th March to upgrade my current phone plan to iPhone 12 on the 5G smart plan.
When I was looking at the phones to choose from, it said that the phone was in stock and is normally dispatched within 1 day.
I have received an order confirmation with an order number (although it is 12 characters and I thought they were usually 10?) but have had no further information on when my delivery is due etc.
Is there a delay because of the current situation in the world? How can I check that my order has definitely gone through? The tracker says it can't provide any information?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you're unable to get an update on the tracker, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
