Hi,
I’ve placed an order today for an upgrade and paid the upfront fee, this has also gone from my bank account and states the value and ‘EE’, however I have had no order confirmation via email, no order number or anything. Nobody will advise me as I can’t remember my password.

Did the confirmation email go into your spam/junk folder? What time did you order?
