Two weeks ago I was being offered early upgrade deals. I started looking elsewhere at better deals and so requested a PUK code. I have since decided to stay with EE due to network coverage but my upgrade deals have all gone. It says I am eligable to upgrade but won't let me see any deals or options??

@RuthAS  you was offered an early upgrade there and then but you requested your pac code so the offer of an early upgrade before your standard upgrade period will be gone. You basically declined the offer and requested a change networks with the pac code 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's great you would like to stay with us, once the PAC has expired you should see upgrade options within your My EE account. 

 

You can also give us a call on 150 and our Mobile Care team will go through your upgrade with you once the PAC has expired.
