Placed a order on Thursday to upgrade existing line to a iPhone 11 pro over the phone, customer assistant confirmed it would be delivered Saturday. I have received no confirmation of the order money has cleared out of my account for upfront phone fee. I now cant access any bills or plan details & it says the line is not eligible for upgrade! Very confusing & would have atleast expected a confirmation of some kind. Checked junk/trash folders & nothing. Thanks Luke

Hi thanks for your response has been resolved now!! for some reason had been cancelled due to the system change over & was stuck between the two systems. Thanks again!

It probably says that you're not eligible because your upgrade is processing. Which colour and memory size did you choose?
