Charging issues

My iPhone 11 won’t charge properly on a wireless charging dock and after a few minutes will flash red and blue. However, my partners iphone11 will charge no problem on the same wireless charger???

Is your phone correctly placed on the charger? Is your phone in a case? Have you already reached 80% phone charge?

Done with phone in and out of case.
No not already up to 80-85% charge.
Yes placed it in many ways to ensure on.
My partners phone charges in case and when at high percentages of battery life.

@Roxroo02   Hi,  have you tried restarting the device and then place it on the charger 

Yes turned device off and then back on it has also had the last eat instalment and still no different

It may be worth backing up your iPhone and resetting it back to factory settings.
