I have no mobile internet on my Xiaomi Mi A2 with Android 10.
I setup APN as per below and restarted the phone and still no signal.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

Authentication type PAP is almost certainly wrong. 🤓
I'll step that down to might be wrong. Netgear MR1100 on EE uses None. My mobile on Virgin Mobile uses PAP.
Changed authentication to none and no good. I should clarify that I set up APN as per EE instructions then a bunch of the fields auto-populate and I assumed that is expected behaviour and left them as is.

Googling your device against EE I see: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Android/Xiaomi-Mi-A2-won-t-data-connect/td-p/894131
This suggests that performing some variety of reset (factory reset or lesser depending on how much data you are willing to lose) might help. A bit of a Hail Mary.

Thanks, I should have thought of that.
I tried all three reset options and still no internet.

Dail *#*#4636#*#* go to phone Info, Phone 0 and Phone 1, one for each SIM Slot. Do NOT Change anything just copy and paste or Screenshot the info on here, the whole page for each one.

Ok, your network type settings is good Data snd Voice is 4G, also good, your UL and DL Bandwidth is 0 (zero), which confirms your Data is not Connected, probably no point in running a Ping Test but try it without WiFi on, it will probably Fail.
Looking at the above I still believe it's your Mobile Data is Off or is set for the wrong SIM Slot. Check again in Settings. Check all the options there may be one under SIM options or SIM Management but it may not show up with out a Second Sim

Ping failed as expected.
With regards to the SIM there are two areas which I consider relevant:
1. Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Network > Mobile Data
This is on.
2. Settings > About Phone > SIM Status (sim slot 1)
Looks like below:
All fields on SIM Status (sim slot 2) are populated with "Not Available".

I would be very tempted to pull out an old mobile phone at this point to sanity check that cellular data can be made to work on any device. 😂
