No mobile data

Mobile data started to go off a few days ago but would come back on after a soft restart, now since then it's gone off all together, tried everything from turning airplane mode on and switching phone off then turning on after a couple of minutes to going into ee app and turning the content lock on, reboot phone, turn it off.

Still no joy!

Phone is a 

Huawei i30pro 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Please help!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

@VP21  take the Sim card out and give it a clean with a damp cloth now make sure it’s dry before you put it back into the device and test.

Do you get a 4G symbol in the top corner of your phone?

Hi mate, no I don't get a 4g signal and it greys out the mobile data button in the settings, had a update for my phone yesterday and that fixed the issue for a few hours but since then it just keeps going off
