Hi I cant seem to login and get the following error message...
Sorry we are unable to complete your request right now.
Been trying to login for a couple of weeks from various computers/types of browsers but no luck
I have also had an email saying that I have added a product to my account which I'm unaware of can someone help?

@Rachb123 Call customer services and request they they reset your online account. You can also speak with them about this other product on your account
