swap my esim from an existing GW3 to GW4

I have an existing GW3 contract, but I have just been gifted a GW4. I have been trying to swap my existing esim from GW3 to GW4. The support engineer said it could be done could do it. That will take 24 hours. I only saw on my GW4 this morning that there was a Done button, but nothing else has happened

It may be worth calling 150 if it still isn't working 24 hours later. Just so they can check if the switchover went through on our side.
