Hi 

 

No discount was applied when I did my upgrade and I was entitled to a 30% discount. Can I get the discount retrospectively or would I return the phone and order again?

@mikebritton  Discounts have to be applied at the time of ordering.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Oh well it gets returned and I re-order
