  1. Can't log into my EE app reinstalled it but the same  window pops up saying there seems to be a problem if you have recently installed  the new version of this app you need to log in again with a password and pin
  2. I did that but the window pops up again 

If iI log onto my account online   I'm able to access my  account 

But Under my pay, as you go pack

Highlighted in red says system failure 

 

Any help would be

Appreciated

I am having the same issues. Been the same for over a week. Would appreciate some advice to resolve these issues.

Welcome to the community.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check your account.

 

They will be able to raise an investigation ticket if necessary.

I have had same problem but found a way round it. The problem only happens if you use a pin or fingerprint. 

So at the fingerprint stage tap use pin, then tap use email. login using your email and password. This resets the app so you can go back to your normal method of logging in.

This seems to be a android app problem as extra message pops up on iphone asking you to log in with your email.

please remember to shut down open apps before trying the fix 😊
