Hello,

 

I recently ordered a new phone on pay monthly on Saturday evening. It is now Friday evening and I have not heard anything about my order being dispatched, the help lines are on restricted hours and due to being a key worker I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Iā€™m not too sure what to do, I have tried tracking my order but it says it cannot be tracked šŸ˜ž

If the tracker doesnt give you the information you require ring freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
