Hello,
I recently ordered a new phone on pay monthly on Saturday evening. It is now Friday evening and I have not heard anything about my order being dispatched, the help lines are on restricted hours and due to being a key worker I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I’m not too sure what to do, I have tried tracking my order but it says it cannot be tracked 😞
