No delivery text

I ordered my upgrade more than 24 hours ago and received my confirmation email but no order number or tracking number and still haven’t had a text saying when it will be delivered. I got told it would come today but haven’t had any texts or emails through and I can’t track it

@Gmay  You’ll need to call customer services and they should be able to give you more information about your order.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
