I’ve got an engineer booked to install a camera tomorrow, however I’ve had absolutely no contact from the engineer as detailed. I have taken the day of work so loosing a days wages. Was hoping for some help on how I find out how to make contact to ensure they are coming out and a rough time ?
I'm wondering what time tomorrow the engineer will be arriving to install my camera? I've taken the day off work but ideally would like to know a rough time.

@Sammie2020 : If it's what I think it is it'll be a Hive eng. Doesn't your order give you any info about him? Otherwise you'll need to phone EE in the A.M. & enquire.

After booking a slot for today I had an email confirming but it said the engineer will contact me within 24 hours before. And I’ve had no contact. Tried to search for a telephone number and can’t find anything

Still struggling
ee gave me a number to call as they couldn’t assist with locating the engineer times etc
called that number and still on the phone getting transferred from dept to dept and now again on hold 👎

No still not and still waiting on a call back from EE
