No delivery or tracker

Ordered a iPad Saturday got told I’d have it Monday, tracking wouldn’t work so rang yesterday and was told now out of stock so could cancel that order and upgrade to the bigger one an will get that today instead. So still sat waiting an no tracking info has been sent or DPD hour schedule. I’m needing this before I go hospital this evening

Hi Katie I have called twice and nobody has a update they said it’s picked and signed off just cannot understand why DPD haven’t got it to deliver today so no tracking details
