Hello, I'm just wondering if you could help I placed an order for a contract phone on Wednesday morning and it said it was due to come within 2 working days. I haven't had any word back as of yet and I have tried my tracking number and it is not working. I'm just wondering if you could tell me when it is due to arrive as I work full time and it was for a a 30th on Monday the 27th of April. Thanks in advance

@AJC95   This public forum has no access to your account so can not help you with any dates on when your device will be with you.   Did you receive a tracking number? This is not the number that begins with XKO as that’s just an order number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you received your confirmation email? This will be sent out once your online order has been processed and your device has been allocated to your account.

 

Did you need to pay any upfront costs when you ordered? Has this been taken from your bank account yet?

 

If you can let me know which phone you ordered, including the colour and size variant, I can check the stock levels for you. 

 

When you order is on its way, you will receive a text from DPD confirming when it will arrive. This text is usually received the day before delivery.
