No delivery confirmation

Hello, I managed to order a PlayStation 5 console yesterday, 

I have had a confirmation of my order but nothing regarding delivery, I called this morning and they said it is with DPD but don’t have a tracking number, this doesn’t sound right?

If your order has been confirmed then all we are waiting for is DPD to text you with a delivery slot.

As soon as you get this you will know when your order is coming to you.

You could try downloading the DPD app to track your order.
