I ordered a tablet as an additional line to my account. I was given the option of enjoy super fast delivery. So I selected it and chose my slot for 12:00-14:00, on Sunday 19th July.
It's now 2hours late, and no communication from the delivery service!
What do I do? Do I speak to EE or to the delivery partner Enjoy?

I have the same problem mine was supposed to be here between 14:00 16:00 but had no notification that it is running late or anything really annoyed as I have waited in for it......

No they didn't turn up and customer service couldn't help 😔

I ordered a new router on the 20th June 2020 and have not received any update or communication from EE. They took my £150 out of my account but no update.
