I can't reach EE via Online Chat - I am outside of the UK

Hello,

 

I'm trying to chat with EE in order to get my lost eSIM shipped to my UK address but somehow I can't get ahold of them online.

 

I need help and fast 😞

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

If you have a personal pay monthly account, log into your My EE account online, and a chat option will show when an agent is available.

 

If chat is not showing, you can give us a call from another phone on +44 (0) 7953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will be able to get you a replacement eSIM sent to your home address.
