I ordered a replacement contract sim on the 6th July. I’ve still not received it on the 20th July. My son is waiting to upgrade his phone but can’t without his replacement sim. So I’m paying extra on a contract because I can’t get a sim. I phone EE and on hold for ridicules amount of time. How hard is it to get a replacement sim or get someone from EE to do a job properly.

@Lozz84 If you order a replacement sim online you are sent a code to the sim that you are requesting a replacement for. Have you used that code ? As your sons device should of received the message as that’s the sim your requesting a replacement sim for.

Welcome to the community.
You could try booking an appointment at your local EE Store and picking up a SIM card from there.
This may be quicker for you than waiting for it to be delivered.
