Hi
I recently move from Virgin mobile to EE. The problem is i cannot connect to the 4g. I have 120GB with my contract. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8.
I have tried the sim in another device and its fine. Also i have tried another sim in my S8 and that works fine too, i have gone through the APN settings and all the usual stuff like mobile data is on etc with the tech support team.
I am currently waiting on a new sim to arrive ( this will be the 3rd)
Any support would be most appreciated.

The other SIM card you tried in your phone was this an EE SIM?

In that case, I can see no reason your SIM card would not connect if this works in another phone.
Please let me know how you get on with the replacement.
