I've been using a monthly plan for about 3 years and this month I swapped over the card. Today it said "To use data on your phone, you'll need an add-on or pack. Click here to buy" But when I click it, it shows that I have 8.9GB of data and that it'll last 15 days and 8 hours.
I've also texted 150 to check how much I have according to that and it says I have 93 minutes, unlimited texts and 14.4GB remaining until the 30th of May.
However it also says my balance is £0 and that my last top up was in 2018, but I don't use pay as you go so why is it saying that and why can't I use the either 8.9GB or 14.4GB that I have?

Hi @JackB0nes13
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you topped up and purchased a pack since you transferred to pay as you go?
Do you get this message if you try and access data?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi @JackB0nes13
Where do you see the message from us that says you need to purchase a data add-on?
Can you still access data?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
