Hi I’ve recently got the 12 pro on a contract and I’ve had the worse experience with this phone.
One of many being disconnected from calls.
breaking up and cutting off on
FaceTime and on phone calls.
the phone being really slow.
camera Quality being awful.
Phone calls don’t even come through,
doesn’t charge as fast can take up to a couple hours and dies really quickly..
many more.
EE has REFUSED to help with this which is appalling as I’ve been a member since 2015.and they won’t help don’t think I’ll recommend EE to anyone in the future!!
Has anyone else had this problem with the 12phone pro?

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with your iPhone.
Have you tried a factory reset on the iPhone after backing up your data?
What did our Mobile Care team advise when you spoke to them?
