No contract sim card found with ipad pro 12.9 delivery today

Hi, 

I've just received delivery of the iPad 12.9 today but can't find the sim card/ Can someone at EE please advise urgently? Thanks

@mbidd  If the sim isn’t not within the package you’ll need to call customer services about this.   If this was an upgrade you can use your old sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
