I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro yesterday over the phone. I have since had text messages saying that my warranty on my existing phone will therefore be cancelled and an invite to set up my smart benefit but I’ve had nothing with an actual order number. The person I upgraded with said I should get the phone if not today then tomorrow but I have no way of tracking its progress.

Have you checked our online order tracker for an update on your order?
DPD will send you a text when your order is out for delivery.

If you don't have a tracking number I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and provide you with an update.
If your plan has already changed it's likely that the order is being processed.
