Hi, I ordered a Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra on the 16th of September.
I had a text on Friday (24th) & followed the link which said 'dispatch expected in 24 hrs'. It's now Tuesday & it is still saying the same. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If the tracker hasn't updated, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update.

Hi Jon,
Could you advise me which option to choose when I call 150 please, I chose the upgrade option & it said there was no advisors so go online, I've tried a couple of the other options, but none of them seem to have the option I need it for.
Is there an email address I could send my querie to?
