Hello, I have received an email confirmation from EE with my acc number but no order number was given - just my account number. Nothing in spam folder. No record of my order in my account. I can't receive texts from DPD as my phone is broken. How can I track my delivery? Many thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team they will look into the tracking number for the online order tracker.
You can download the DPD app and this will show any deliveries for you.
