I’m aware I only have 30 days from the start of the contract. I have mine and my husbands phones on my account, we’re both NHS- I have the perk codes but no idea how to actually use them! Help!

Thanks for coming to the community.
The EE Perk discount needs to be applied when you upgrade or take out a new contract, have you been advised this can be added after the contracts are set up?

HI I would also like to know how to apply the NHS perk code. I was told I had 28 days after my contract started to add this code on line. How can I do this please?

Thanks for posting.
The perk code can only be added when you place the order online, over the phone or in store.
If the order has been placed, please give us a call on 150 the team will see what they can do to help 🙂
