Wrong phone

I upgraded my phone and plan 3 weeks ago. But on the app and website although my plan has updated its still showing my old phone and offering me an upgrade!

I have been connecting from my new device for 3 weeks and it hasn't updated. Also, why is it still saying I am eligible for an upgrade when I upgraded 3 weeks ago too?Sent from my Galaxy

Do you have an upgrade anytime plan? 

 

If so, this would show as you can Upgrade Anytime from day 15 of a new plan. If you are within contract there would be an upgrade fee.
