I chose to upgrade on 21/12/2020 I have received my confirmation email but it does not contain an order number. My plan details have changed on the EE App already. I have not received any messages from DPD. How do I track when my samsung S20 FE will be delivered? The upfront cost for the phone has been deducted from my bank account.

This is a similar situation to me, ordered an upgrade 18 December for a black Samsung S20+, received an email with delivery date 21 December, but no order number displayed.
I am now assuming EE have oversold the the phone and a long wait, coronavirus will not help matters either.

I have received a text message from EE this morning providing a 1hr timeslot that DPD will be delivering my device. Fingers crossed that it will turn up. the 🤞

Good news my new phone was delivered yesterday (22/12/2020). Thanks to everyone that took the time to respond.
