Air pods

I upgraded my phone and included was some AirPods. 
I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks. Do I need to do anything once 2 weeks is up?

You should have received a text message 2-5 days after ordering confirming that the AirPods will be delivered 15 -25 days after you ordered.

You don't have to redeem them, they're automatically sent out.

Did you get that text message?

Hi I upgraded my pay monthly phone contract 26/11/2020 to an iPhone SE.  On the upgrade contract there was free Airpods.  I received my phone but no there were no Airpods in the box and not details about them.  Will they just be dispatched to me?

@Jobbbers  you should be notified when the next five days about the AirPods. You don’t get free gifts at the same time as the device.

Hi Alfie, did you get your air pods? As I’m still waiting for mine. I got the same deal in November but AirPods haven’t arrived yet.
