I upgraded my phone and included was some AirPods.
I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks. Do I need to do anything once 2 weeks is up?

The answer is No. I rang EE last week regarding the air pods. But was told if I’ve not had them by 23rd dec then to call again.
I fear it will be quite a wait.
not sure how anyone else has got on with this deal

So we’re pretty much in the same boat and still waiting, I understand that there maybe a delay due to COVID. But when they tell you one thing and then another that’s what I don’t understand. They told me that I may have took out the wrong deal in November lol which I know for a fact that I did not, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone for the deal with the AirPods. I find it quite shocking that they can say that.
I’d guarantee though if I went on the EE shop now and order some Airpods on top of my contract they’d be sent out straight away.

did this get sorted? I too took a contract out based on the free airpods - not heard a thing in 5 weeks

just an update for you. I phoned EE today. And was told I was put on wrong plan. This was reason I hadn’t received air pods. Still got to wait but hopefully only few more days
