No Internet

Since 12.30pm we have had no 4G internet. Out hub shows we are connected and devices also show connected but nothing. Are EE having issues??

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Have you tried restarting the WiFi device? 

 

Do you have an EE Phone? if so, can you access data?

Hi

Yes restarted, reset numerous times.

Have now spoken to EE and a refurbished replacement router is being sent out. I'm hoping this works, however the replacement we received 2 weeks ago for the same issue has failed and that was a refurbished model. I'm a little worried as if this one fails I have been told they will not replace again.
