Hi I placed an upgrade yesterday. I was given one contract via text messaging. I then had to phone 150 as they ordered the incorrect phone colour.
On the last call the agent gave me another contract deal instead. I felt rushed, then reslise, I wanted the first deal.
The handset had been dispatched, is there a way to change my plan please,
