Resolved! number switch from old sim

I've just taken out EE contract and moving to EE as new customer. I have an EE sim but want to keep my own number. I put this on my order along with my PAC code etc and my sim only got activated this morning. Will this swap without me doing anything ...

Want to send ee an email about my account

Before I decide to leave EE I wanted to send them an email. But can't seem to find any place to be able to do so. I can't be doing with all the automated systems when calling them up. Is there a contact email address for customer service? 

iPad order

I upgraded my iPad however I have not received an email or text telling me the date in which my product will be delivered, I also have not received anything to track my order.
